About the Company

Capsule is a venture-backed startup building AI-powered video tools for enterprise teams. Backed by top investors, our platform helps hundreds of enterprises, including HubSpot, ServiceNow, and Instacart, create on-brand video at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to running HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub Enterprise, including properties, workflows, lifecycle, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Manage marketing operations such as ICP gating, lifecycle scoring, and MQL-to-SQL quality enforcement
  • Stand up intent data layers and wire signals into HubSpot to support SDR activity
  • Build, extend, and operate AI workflows using Claude Code
  • Partner with the VP of Ops to support Demand Gen, SDR, Sales, and CS functions

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing ops, sales ops, RevOps, or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS company
  • Advanced HubSpot administration experience (lifecycle, scoring, attribution, reporting)
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code or equivalent agentic AI tooling
  • Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap
  • Proficiency with SQL and basic Python or JS for scripting
  • Familiarity with the modern GTM stack (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Gong, Clay, BigQuery, etc.)
