About the Company

Responsibilities
- Manage the GTM technology stack and implement tools to optimize operations across marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and reporting systems
- Develop and optimize GTM workflows, processes, and procedures to streamline execution and improve cross-functional team efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to establish lead and pipeline management processes
- Monitor and analyze GTM performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights
- Own and manage GTM data and analytics, including data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting across systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of GTM initiatives, including campaigns and forecasting support
Requirements
- BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience with GTM systems such as sales engagement platforms, data enrichment, and lead/account routing
- Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and reporting/BI tools
- Strong organizational agility and ability to drive projects from start to finish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
