Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market (GTM) roles across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations for ElevenLabs’ UAE operations and regional markets.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and success criteria; craft compelling role narratives and interview frameworks.
  • Collaborate with sourcers to design targeted sourcing plays, market maps, and talent pools across UAE and other high-growth regions.
  • Manage candidate pipelines end-to-end with high-touch candidate experience, timely feedback, and transparent communication across time zones.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by providing market insights, compensation benchmarking, and data-driven hiring recommendations.
  • Track recruiting metrics and continuously iterate on hiring processes and GTM hiring playbooks to improve speed and quality of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years recruiting in high-growth tech or SaaS environments (impact over years welcomed)
  • Experience hiring quota-carrying, revenue-facing roles
  • Regional specialization or networks in MENA, LATAM, ANZ, or East Asia
  • Multilingual capabilities and cultural fluency relevant to target regions
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
  • Prior experience building or scaling GTM hiring playbooks
