About the Company

Maxima is the Agentic System of Work for Accounting. We provide agentic accounting automation from Record-to-Report using AI Agents to automate repetitive, manual workflows. Maxima has raised over $40M across Seed and Series A rounds led by Kleiner Perkins and Redpoint Ventures.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions, focusing on Account Executives, BDRs, and Solutions Engineers
  • Partner with the CEO and GTM leadership to define hiring priorities, candidate profiles, and interview loops
  • Proactively source and engage top-performing GTM talent through outbound outreach and talent mapping
  • Build strong recruiting pipelines and deliver a world-class candidate experience
  • Refine and scale recruiting infrastructure, processes, and systems
  • Track recruiting funnel performance and provide market insights to hiring managers

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology
  • Proven track record hiring GTM talent (AE, BDR, SE, Marketing, or RevOps)
  • Strong understanding of modern SaaS GTM motions (SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise)
  • Confident outbound sourcing skills for engaging passive candidates
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving startup environments
  • AI-native mindset regarding recruiting workflows and productivity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting at early-stage or high-growth startups
  • Experience hiring quota-carrying sales talent or technical GTM roles
  • Familiarity with SaaS compensation structures
  • Existing network within SaaS GTM communities, particularly in the Bay Area
