GTM Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for complex Go-To-Market functions including Sales, Enterprise Business Development, Product Marketing, and Customer Success
• Architect multi-channel candidate attraction strategies using HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized talent communities
• Provide data-backed talent intelligence and market insights to senior GTM leaders
• Structure and negotiate complex, region-specific international offers navigating UK/EMEA statutory requirements and equity components
• Maintain Greenhouse ATS data integrity and track funnel analytics such as Time-to-Fill and Offer Acceptance Rates

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing senior-level commercial talent in UK and EMEA markets
• Expertise with Greenhouse ATS, HireEZ, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong understanding of UK and European labor compliance, including IR35 nuances
• Expertise in structured, competency-based interviewing methodologies
