Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions including Sales, Implementations, Customer Success, and Marketing
• Partner with GTM leaders to define role requirements and develop structured interview processes
• Build and manage proactive candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and community engagement
• Leverage AI tools to draft and iterate on outreach sequences and job descriptions
• Track and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health and time-to-fill

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions
• Ability to manage sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
• Proficiency in using AI tools for recruitment workflows
• Strong ability to partner with leadership to define hiring needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in fintech, mortgage, or financial services
• Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable ATS
• Experience at a Series A–C startup
