GTM Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality pipelines for go-to-market roles by identifying and engaging exceptional candidates
• Design creative searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean techniques, and unconventional sourcing channels
• Craft personalized, compelling outreach to connect candidates with the opportunity
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to calibrate profiles and share market insights
• Track sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and pipeline progress in Ashby or similar ATS
• Use AI tools like Claude and Codex to accelerate research and personalize outreach

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, specifically for go-to-market functions
• Ability to use creative search techniques, talent mapping, and market research
• Strong written communication skills for personalized candidate engagement
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor for a 90-day engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Ashby or similar applicant tracking systems
• Experience leveraging AI platforms to improve sourcing efficiency
