About the Company

Chowbus is a leading AI Asian restaurant technology SaaS platform. We build tech ecosystems that help restaurants grow, serve with heart, and uplift their communities.

Responsibilities

  • Own CRM platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap
  • Define target-state data models and system-of-record boundaries
  • Lead platform evaluations and build business cases for major platform decisions
  • Manage the strategy for marketing automation, sales engagement, and support tooling
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations to translate requirements into platform design
  • Set standards for CRM data quality, field governance, and access control
  • Run vendor evaluations and manage vendor relationships and renewals

Requirements

  • 6+ years in revenue operations, GTM systems, CRM strategy, or business systems
  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
  • Experience owning a CRM roadmap, major implementation, or platform migration end to end
  • Strong understanding of CRM integrations with marketing and sales tools
  • Ability to drive platform decisions with executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in restaurant tech, POS, payments, SaaS, or marketplace
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
