GTM Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets
• Own production support including triage of outages, broken automation, and access issues
• Maintain LeanData routing graphs for Lead, Contact, and Account
• Manage the enrichment stack including Clay and PDL workbook upkeep
• Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead routing configuration
• Partner with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems on CPQ configuration
• Coordinate with Engineering on Salesforce-Django-ERP order-to-cash integration

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems
• Deep understanding of admin fundamentals, flows, and permission sets
• Ability to build cleanly within existing architectural patterns
• Hands-on approach to production support and ticket triage
• Proficiency using AI-native tools like Claude or Cursor

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Experience with LeanData, Clay, or CPQ platforms
• Exposure to Salesforce-to-ERP or billing integration
• Background in B2B SaaS, ideally PLG or hybrid GTM models
