GTM Systems Support and Agentic Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and sales systems support
• Triage, debug, and resolve issues across the Salesforce environment using debug logs
• Administer and support adjacent sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Gong
• Diagnose underlying technical or UX root causes to address issues at the system level
• Design system automation and agentic workflows to address support volume patterns
• Build agentic automation with architectural rigor to ensure scalability and maintainability
• Document solutions to contribute to a growing knowledge base

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce admin and engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with Apex and SOQL
• Real Salesforce debugging experience with debug logs
• Comfort owning frontline support and troubleshooting directly
• Demonstrated experience building agentic systems and infrastructure
• Self-starter orientation with a pattern-recognition mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• LWC experience
• Familiarity with the modern sales tech stack (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, DocuSign, or Conga)
