About the Company

Boldin is a comprehensive financial planning platform that helps people understand their financial picture, make smarter decisions with their money and time, and plan for the future with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy and own the affiliate and influencer program
  • Accelerate growth by finding high-impact creators and partners
  • Lead and develop the existing affiliate manager
  • Deepen and expand the distribution-partner network
  • Refine partner economics, including commission structures and incentive models
  • Lead the migration of the program to a dedicated tracking platform
  • Strengthen the operational backbone by partnering with data and finance for attribution and reporting
  • Run structured experiments on offers, formats, and partner types

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth, partnerships, affiliate, or influencer marketing
  • Proven experience scaling an affiliate or creator program
  • Experience managing or mentoring others
  • Strong commercial acumen (CAC, payback, LTV, incremental revenue)
  • Analytical and data-fluent with comfort in analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to lead strategy while remaining hands-on

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer fintech, SaaS, or subscription businesses
  • Existing network in the personal-finance or retirement creator ecosystem
  • Experience implementing or migrating affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, Everflow, TrackDesk)
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services
