Head of AI Transformation

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company-wide AI strategy across products, engineering, and operations
• Develop and maintain the AI adoption roadmap, including technology and platform selection
• Integrate AI solutions into software development, data analysis, QA, and customer support workflows
• Build and support internal platforms to enable effective AI leverage
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams to implement practical AI use cases
• Lead internal AI initiatives, including experimentation and proof-of-concept projects
• Educate teams through workshops and training to promote an AI-driven culture
• Provide internal AI consulting to evaluate ROI of initiatives

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology companies (software engineering, platform engineering, or data/AI roles)
• Proven experience driving technical transformations at an organizational level
• Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, LLM-based tools, and AI-powered workflows
• Strong understanding of AI solution architecture and developer workflow integration
• Experience leading process improvements in engineering teams
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI coding assistants or developer productivity tools
• Experience working with AI agents or agent-based systems
• Experience building internal developer platforms
• Experience working with data platforms or ML infrastructure
