Responsibilities
- Lead and execute growth strategies in Forex business development
- Onboard existing book of business and oversee smooth client transition
- Manage, motivate, and expand a team of BDMs or sales agents
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail clients
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Align business development goals with executive leadership and company vision
Requirements
- Proven experience in Forex or financial markets
- Existing client portfolio with verifiable revenue
- Ready-to-join team of sales professionals, IBs, or account managers
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of Forex products, regulations, and market dynamics
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
