Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute growth strategies in Forex business development
  • Onboard existing book of business and oversee smooth client transition
  • Manage, motivate, and expand a team of BDMs or sales agents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail clients
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Align business development goals with executive leadership and company vision

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Forex or financial markets
  • Existing client portfolio with verifiable revenue
  • Ready-to-join team of sales professionals, IBs, or account managers
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of Forex products, regulations, and market dynamics
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
