About the Company

We use a unique demand-aggregation model to unlock affordable access to medicines by uniting healthcare providers and helping manufacturers build sustainable global access strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Originate and advance complex commercial opportunities across NGOs, INGOs, governments, and donor-funded programmes.
  • Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, and funding functions.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder procurement environments with long sales cycles and complex decision-making.
  • Use market intelligence and procurement data to identify high-value growth opportunities.
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and data teams to unlock commercially viable opportunities.
  • Apply data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to improve commercial workflows and insight generation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working commercially with NGOs, INGOs, governments, or institutional healthcare procurement.
  • Proven experience advancing complex commercial opportunities within multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical procurement, supply chains, and donor funding mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate market intelligence into actionable growth strategies.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to build senior external stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven track record in commercial growth, strategic partnerships, or revenue expansion.
  • High degree of ownership and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency in using technology, AI tools, and business intelligence approaches.
