Chamber is rebuilding the system for cardiology, creating a world where outcomes, not volume, define success. We partner with independent cardiologists to help them lead population health efforts in their communities, equipping them with technology, data, and operational tools that turn complex insights into better care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Own compliance strategy and risk assessment including entity structure, state-by-state licensure, and CPOM requirements
• Build government programs compliance capability including Medicare marketing and member communication requirements
• Manage compliance governance cadence and leadership reporting
• Oversee privacy and HIPAA compliance operations including policy maintenance and incident response
• Partner with Clinical teams to standardize compliance around care management and clinical program designs
• Embed compliance into new workflows, technology, AI-enabled tools, and market expansion plans
• Support credentialing oversight in partnership with Clinical leadership
• Partner with Security lead to maintain SOC2, HITRUST, and related certifications
• Build and run an internal audit function to establish policy review cadences and monitor risk
• Establish processes for compliance intake, investigations, and remediation tracking

Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare compliance leadership experience
• Experience in value-based care, managed care, or population health models
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA/privacy, CPOM, licensing, credentialing, AKS/FWA, False Claims Act, and Medicare/Medicaid requirements
• Hands-on experience with government programs including Medicare, Medicaid, and ACOs
• Proven ability to build practical compliance programs from scratch
• Experience operating in early-stage, multi-state environments
