Responsibilities

  • Drive compression portfolio growth across the Middle East by leading a sales force to achieve ambitious order intake targets.
  • Own the entire sales journey, including opportunity qualification, strategy development, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Make strategic bid/no-bid decisions and define winning pricing strategies for all opportunities.
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships across Offshore, Gas Processing, Pipelines, and Downstream segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Gas Services and EAD to unlock growth and deliver business goals.
  • Provide regional market intelligence and input into product development to influence future technology trends.
  • Ensure all business conduct and interactions remain compliant with ethical standards and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably with a Mechanical Engineering background.
  • 10+ years of experience in the compression industry within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Proven track record of commercial success and managing complex customer relationships.
  • Deep technical knowledge of centrifugal, process, and high-speed reciprocating compressors.
  • Strong understanding of international industry standards, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Middle East region.
