Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and grow a multidisciplinary creative team (graphic, UI/UX, visual content).
  • Define and own the UI & UX strategy for corporate websites, digital tools and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries and UX standards.
  • Ensure brand consistency and premium visual storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Oversee creative workflows, project prioritization, quality control and final asset approval.
  • Collaborate with PR, Communications, Events, Digital and Marketing teams to translate business goals into creative briefs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, UI/UX, Marketing or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • Minimum 6+ years progressive experience in design or creative leadership roles.
  • Proven track record leading multidisciplinary creative teams and delivering luxury or premium brand work.
  • Strong portfolio with UI/UX case studies, brand systems and visual campaigns.
  • Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project workflow skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in layout, typography, color and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to operate in an on-site/hybrid Dubai office and manage cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within luxury, yachting, automotive, architecture or high-end lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with prototyping, motion graphics oversight and video content workflows.
  • Understanding of web analytics and data-informed creative iteration (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience integrating creative assets with CRM/marketing automation (Salesforce/HubSpot) and project management tools.
  • Prior experience defining global brand guidelines and ensuring cross-market adaptation.
