Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Sumsub’s CS Partnership function, combining strategic ownership with hands-on involvement in key partner topics
  • Manage a team of Customer Success Partnership Managers, including coaching, performance management, and capacity planning
  • Oversee partner operations, including production performance, adoption, escalations, and expansion opportunities
  • Build and improve practical processes for partner onboarding, engagement models, and CRM standards
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to drive partner growth and resolve technical or commercial escalations
  • Track partner performance, health, and revenue impact to improve global support models

Requirements

  • Strong leadership experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, or Account Management
  • Proven experience managing and developing small to medium-sized teams
  • Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, compliance, or complex technical environments
  • Experience working with enterprise customers or indirect revenue channels across multiple regions
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM workflows and reporting
