Responsibilities
- Own the data platform end-to-end
- Model device, membership, and operational data into pipelines and warehouse layers
- Lead a team of four analysts
- Provide board reporting, forecasting, and experiment reads for Finance and Product teams
Requirements
- Proven experience building a data function from the ground up
- Hands-on technical ability to manage data infrastructure
- Experience leading and mentoring analysts
