Filecoin Foundation (FF) is an independent organization that facilitates governance of the Filecoin network, funds critical development projects, supports the growth of the Filecoin ecosystem, and advocates for Filecoin and the decentralized web. We are a fully remote organization supporting a collaborative and inclusive working culture from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

• Generate commercial pipeline by defining ICPs and sharpening positioning
• Build inbound channels from scratch including technical content, SEO, and marketplace presence
• Support outbound efforts with messaging, campaigns, and tooling
• Improve conversion rates from MQL to SQL and Opportunity
• Run enterprise conversations and help move technical deals forward
• Build disciplined forecasting and pipeline hygiene
• Drive ecosystem traction through documentation-first integrations and cloud marketplace listings
• Operationalize partnership revenue and ensure it is measurable and forecastable

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in B2B infrastructure, cloud, storage, AI/ML, or developer tools
• Proven track record of building pipeline from zero in an early-stage environment
• Experience selling technical infrastructure
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring before scaling
• Scrappy, low-ego, and high-ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketplaces and integration-led growth
