Capsule is a Series A company building AI-powered video tools for enterprise teams. Led by serial founders and backed by top-tier investors like HubSpot Ventures and Bloomberg Beta, Capsule is scaling rapidly with enterprise customers including HubSpot, ServiceNow, and Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Drive inbound pipeline growth through integrated campaigns connecting product launches, customer stories, and events
• Build and manage a content distribution engine to reach target audiences
• Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs against defined target lists
• Manage paid amplification channels, primarily LinkedIn, and build the business case for media investment
• Conduct channel experimentation across SEO/AEO, communities, partnerships, and organic social

Requirements

• 5–8 years of B2B demand generation or campaigns experience
• Proven track record of building inbound engines from near-zero in a startup environment
• Experience working alongside sales teams in complex enterprise B2B environments
• Proficiency in HubSpot (workflows, sequences, and reporting)
• Ability to use AI tools to automate campaign operations and content generation
• Strong execution skills with the ability to create assets in Canva, Figma, or Capsule
• Data-driven experimental mindset with a focus on pipeline over impressions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a creative, design, or video tool company
• Experience running ABM programs targeting enterprise marketing or creative teams
• Experience building hybrid sales + PLG engines
• Experience with event-driven demand generation
