Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline and MQL targets, ensuring consistent achievement of growth goals
  • Develop and execute full-funnel strategies across paid media, email, lifecycle, and integrated campaigns
  • Manage budget allocation and provide detailed performance reporting
  • Lead, coach, and develop a two-person demand generation team
  • Oversee marketing automation and attribution infrastructure
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure lead quality, seamless handoffs, and effective follow-through

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
  • At least 2 years of experience in team management and coaching
  • Proven expertise in managing paid performance and marketing systems
  • Strong data proficiency with the ability to build dashboards and manage attribution
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation tools
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Sharp written communication skills for briefing content and pitching leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Product-Led Growth (PLG) or hybrid product-led/sales environments
