About the Company

Alpen Labs is building the infrastructure layer that expands what Bitcoin can do. Founded by MIT alumni, the company focuses on advancing Bitcoin through innovations in zero-knowledge cryptography, scalable Layer 2 systems, and programmable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Own ecosystem marketing strategy and how Alpen EVM is positioned to partners
  • Develop clear narratives and brand strategies aligned with partnership and distribution goals
  • Drive high-quality inbound interest from relevant ecosystem participants
  • Lead the creation of high-impact content such as reports and thought leadership
  • Translate complex technical concepts into compelling, ecosystem-relevant narratives
  • Identify and prioritize key industry conferences, events, and channels
  • Partner closely with Business Development to align marketing efforts with pipeline and partnership KPIs
  • Continuously refine positioning and programs based on results

Requirements

  • Experience driving growth through partnerships, platforms, or ecosystem strategies
  • Ability to define strategy and execute directly in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong positioning and narrative skills for complex technical ideas
  • Experience building content engines that generate inbound demand
  • Strong instincts regarding industry moments and distribution channels
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with BD and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or developer ecosystems
  • Existing relationships across relevant media, conferences, or ecosystem players
  • Background working with infrastructure or protocol-level products
