Head of Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow the Dashboard Team (frontend, backend, design).
• Own end-to-end development and delivery of the Dashboard experience.
• Architect, code and review pull requests to ensure quality and security.
• Collaborate with Product, Data and Operations to define KPIs and priorities.
• Establish coding standards, testing, CI/CD and observability practices.
• Improve usability and performance through analytics and user feedback.
• Drive roadmap decisions and continuous product iteration.

About the Company

We build tools for payments, routing and analytics used by internal teams and external customers. The Dashboard team owns the customer-facing and internal monitoring surfaces used daily to track payments, routing decisions and operational insights. This role is based in Dubai, UAE, and will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver a world-class dashboard experience.
