Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and grow the Dashboard Team (frontend, backend, design).
  • Own end-to-end development and delivery of the Dashboard experience.
  • Architect, code and review pull requests to ensure quality and security.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data and Operations to define KPIs and priorities.
  • Establish coding standards, testing, CI/CD and observability practices.
  • Improve usability and performance through analytics and user feedback.
  • Drive roadmap decisions and continuous product iteration.

About the Company

Yuno provides payment orchestration infrastructure that enables companies to operate globally with seamless integrations and high-performance routing. We build tools for payments, routing and analytics used by internal teams and external customers. The Dashboard team owns the customer-facing and internal monitoring surfaces used daily to track payments, routing decisions and operational insights. This role is based in Dubai, UAE, and will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver a world-class dashboard experience.
