We are a globally distributed, fully remote team building the future of software development.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly/quarterly close, consolidations, and reconciliations
• Deliver investor and board reporting packs including ARR, NRR, and retention
• Establish quarterly budgets and drive rolling forecasts and unit economic analysis
• Author ASC 606 policies and support external audits and SOC 2 readiness
• Define and maintain quote-to-cash processes including invoicing, collections, and credit risk
• Partner with Product and GTM teams to design and measure pricing and packaging strategies
• Own deal desk guardrails and discount policies for sales-assisted deals

Requirements

• 8+ years in SaaS finance/accounting
• End-to-end ownership of quote-to-cash and revenue recognition
• Experience building Deal Desk and sales compensation programs
• Strong process and policy writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to improve close time, forecasting, and DSO
• Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Experience in PLG monetization experiments
• Familiarity with SOC 2 audit processes
• Hands-on integration experience between ERP, billing, data, and CRM systems
