Head of Growth and Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own top-line revenue growth targets and justify marketing spend against realized revenue
• Translate founder vision into a scalable, data-driven growth strategy
• Manage and scale Growth Marketing and Business Development teams
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with insurance providers and corporate wellness hubs
• Execute omnichannel performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and SEO
• Lead implementation of first-party data strategies including Server-Side Tracking and Meta CAPI
• Oversee Contact Centre operations to optimize lead-to-booked appointment conversion rates
• Design automated workflows to maximize appointment show-rates
• Maintain high-cadence testing for video-first content and educational assets

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Growth or Performance Marketing
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record in Healthcare, Clinics, or HealthTech within the UAE/GCC
• Experience managing multi-million dirham budgets
• Experience leading or optimizing a Contact Centre, Sales, or Patient Services team
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, and CRM tools
