About the Company

ELΞMΞNTS is a premium lifestyle DTC/eCommerce brand building products and a community around the idea of breaking the grind cycle. The company helps entrepreneurs, founders, and business owners move away from burnout-driven performance and build healthier, more sustainable ways of working and living.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the company’s growth strategy across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Manage and scale paid acquisition channels, primarily Meta and TikTok
  • Perform hands-on campaign management, testing, reporting, and budget allocation
  • Own revenue and growth targets
  • Analyze and improve subscription-first metrics including CAC, retention, LTV, and payback period
  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, customer journeys, and conversion rates
  • Work with email and SMS marketing to improve lifecycle performance and retention
  • Coordinate the existing marketing and social/content team
  • Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of marketing/growth experience
  • 3+ years within a DTC/eCommerce brand
  • Proven experience growing subscription-first DTC businesses
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Meta and TikTok ads
  • Deep understanding of subscription unit economics (CAC, LTV, etc.)
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing (email and SMS)
  • Experience optimizing conversion rates and funnels
  • Experience operating within US and/or UK markets
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and managing internal growth/performance teams
  • Experience in supplements, health, wellness, or consumer packaged goods
  • Experience aligning paid acquisition with organic social and influencer efforts
  • Experience building and managing affiliate programs
  • Experience managing freelancers or agencies
