Responsibilities
- Execute the company’s growth strategy across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
- Manage and scale paid acquisition channels, primarily Meta and TikTok
- Perform hands-on campaign management, testing, reporting, and budget allocation
- Own revenue and growth targets
- Analyze and improve subscription-first metrics including CAC, retention, LTV, and payback period
- Optimize landing pages, funnels, customer journeys, and conversion rates
- Work with email and SMS marketing to improve lifecycle performance and retention
- Coordinate the existing marketing and social/content team
- Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of marketing/growth experience
- 3+ years within a DTC/eCommerce brand
- Proven experience growing subscription-first DTC businesses
- Strong hands-on experience managing Meta and TikTok ads
- Deep understanding of subscription unit economics (CAC, LTV, etc.)
- Experience with lifecycle marketing (email and SMS)
- Experience optimizing conversion rates and funnels
- Experience operating within US and/or UK markets
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and managing internal growth/performance teams
- Experience in supplements, health, wellness, or consumer packaged goods
- Experience aligning paid acquisition with organic social and influencer efforts
- Experience building and managing affiliate programs
- Experience managing freelancers or agencies
