Job description
Freedx is hiring a Head of Growth based in Dubai, UAE (hybrid). This is a commercial, analytics-driven growth role owning acquisition, activation, retention and monetization for a regulated, liquidity-driven crypto exchange. You will partner with Product, Liquidity, Compliance and Operations to deliver measurable trading volume, revenue and efficient unit economics.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Freedx’s go-to-market and growth strategy with clear volume and revenue targets (Dubai-focused).
- Build and optimise acquisition funnels across paid media, SEO, affiliates, referrals and communities.
- Own end-to-end funnel performance: KYC completion, deposit conversion, first trade, and early retention.
- Design and launch onboarding, activation and first-trade campaigns; measure impact on trading volume and ARPU.
- Establish growth KPIs, analytics infrastructure, dashboards and reporting cadence.
- Identify high-intent partnerships, affiliates and community channels to drive trading activity.
- Define budgets, ROI expectations and run disciplined experiments against unit economics targets.
- Continuously optimise CAC, ARPU, LTV and contribution margin.
- Run lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app) to improve deposit frequency and trading frequency.
- Build and scale affiliate, referral and influencer programmes with clear rebate and ROI structures.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Liquidity to align growth with market depth, spreads, fees and incentives.
- Own growth budgets, report performance to leadership, and manage risks and opportunities.
- Hire, manage and develop a high-performance growth team and experimentation culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years in growth, performance marketing or product-led growth roles
- 4+ years in crypto exchanges, fintech platforms or transactional products
- Demonstrated ownership of exchange funnels: KYC, deposits and trading activation
- Proven record scaling trading or transactional platforms (not just consumer apps)
- Deep knowledge of acquisition channels: paid, SEO, affiliates, influencers and communities
- Strong analytics: GA, Amplitude/Mixpanel, SQL and A/B testing experience
- Commercial mindset: unit economics, CAC:LTV, ARPU and contribution margin
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership in fast-moving environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced analytics/growth certifications
- Prior experience building growth in emerging markets or MENA region
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory environment for crypto and payments
- Experience managing rebate/fee structures, spreads and liquidity incentives
