Responsibilities
- Find and size new business opportunities by scanning the intersection of audience, content, and business models across the Muse Group portfolio.
- Run fast-paced discovery sprints, designing and executing 2–3 week hypothesis-driven experiments such as MVPs and landing pages.
- Make critical kill/iterate/scale decisions based on quarterly data findings and clear recommendations.
- Own the business case for new ventures, including building unit economics, revenue models, and P&L projections.
- Lead a small, cross-functional squad consisting of designers, analysts, and developers to drive rapid experimentation.
- Monitor external market shifts, regulatory changes, and new distribution channels to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience launching new products or business lines (0→1).
- Strong quantitative skills, including real-time revenue modeling, unit economics, and TAM/SAM sizing.
- Proven track record of making data-driven kill/scale decisions within tight timelines.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environments.
- Ability to operate effectively amidst deep ambiguity without a predefined roadmap.
- Fluency in English.
