Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead marketing initiatives across traditional and digital acquisition channels, ensuring measurable ROI.
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems to drive customer lifecycle management, engagement, and retention.
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns to deliver qualified sales opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and scale digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales objectives for revenue growth.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing within a global B2B or B2B2C SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and performance reporting.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, demand generation, and sales enablement.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a global, remote team across multiple time zones.
