Head of Influencer

Responsibilities

• Lead the Influencer and Ambassador motions of Seed’s rapidly growing and profitable business
• Scale and innovate whitelisted influencer across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
• Collaborate with Brand/Creative and Marcomms to build full funnel messaging, campaigns, and product launches
• Nurture existing influencer and KOL relationships and unlock new ones
• Develop and execute tests that drive impact and learnings across the business
• Manage, build, and develop an exceptional Ambassador/Partnerships team

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience managing large scale omni-channel influencer, affiliate, and partnerships programs
• Expert in influencer, affiliate, and UGC content across multiple social channels
• Strong analytical skills for performance-driving insights across channel, creative, and attribution
• Proven ability to recruit and develop world-class talent
• Exceptional communication skills with Executives and external partners
• First principles thinker with strategic problem-solving capabilities
