Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the product analytics team, delivering high-impact, actionable insights.
  • Partner with product, design, and engineering to define success metrics and measurement plans.
  • Translate quantitative data and qualitative user research into clear narratives that influence stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and data infrastructure to support self-serve and strategic analytics.
  • Design, run, and analyze experiments and causal studies to inform product decisions.
  • Define and maintain a consistent tracking/event taxonomy across the product.
  • Forecast trends, interpret complex data, and identify new opportunities leveraging analytics.
  • Oversee the user research function and embed customer insights across the product lifecycle.
  • Create scalable processes for insight delivery balancing ad-hoc work with long-term research goals.
  • Coach and grow analytics and research talent; promote analytics literacy and robust data governance.
