Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop a network of top Chinese developers, grouped by game genre and demographics, to build collaborations for licensing global IP partners
  • Study partner IPs to build business strategies, matching games with the right brands and negotiating agreements with developers
  • Maintain close contact with potential partners and utilize internal and external resources to ensure successful launches and smooth operations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers to explore additional collaboration opportunities
  • Monitor the global gaming industry and trends to provide in-depth market analysis reports and shape IP business strategy

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales within the gaming industry, with proven success in signing inbound revenue deals
  • Deep understanding of the Chinese mobile game market and an extensive network of top developers
  • Native-level Chinese fluency with strong spoken and written English proficiency
  • Ability to rally a sales team around achieving revenue targets
  • Self-motivated problem-solver capable of excelling in a fast-paced, KPI-driven, and remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with brand licensing or experience in IP-related projects
  • Scalable thinking with the ability to grow alongside a fast-moving company
