Head of Legal

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities
• Manage legal risks related to contracts, intellectual property, employment, and litigation
• Ensure international compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate governance across all jurisdictions
• Develop and implement strategies to protect intellectual property rights, including patents and trademarks
• Execute legal strategies for the international holding company, including entity expansion
• Oversee financial reporting compliance and coordinate external audits

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a CLO or VP Legal position within international companies
• Fluency in English (B2+) and Russian
• In-depth understanding of business, contract, employment, and intellectual property law
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory compliance
• Experience managing legal disputes and litigation processes
• Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools
