About the Company

Stealth Water Company is pioneering a new approach to delivering clean, affordable drinking water through distributed, intelligent water-generation and distribution systems. Leveraging AI and edge computing, the platform continuously optimizes performance, efficiency, and reliability at the local level while enabling scalable deployment across diverse environments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and expand Go To Market Strategy by identifying and opening doors into target customers such as higher-end hotels and C&I sites
  • Build and maintain a focused early pipeline of high-potential accounts
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand load profiles, constraints, and buying processes
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across facilities, sustainability, and finance departments
  • Co-design early deployments by translating customer needs into scoped pilots and deployments
  • Work closely with the technical team on feasibility, economics, and deployment phasing
  • Capture patterns across early customers to feed insights into product roadmap, pricing, and positioning

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in BD, sales, or commercial roles
  • Background in distributed solar, microgrids, EV charging, or onsite energy/building infrastructure solutions
  • Experience with physical systems and services rather than pure SaaS
  • Experience selling first-of-a-kind or complex deployments
  • Experience at an early-stage company or scaling a new business line
  • Expertise with ground-level project scoping including permitting and installation
  • Ability to synthesize customer learnings into concrete product and strategy recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in scaling with AI tools
  • Strong knowledge of water, distributed energy, or real estate development and infrastructure
  • Experience building pipeline and "1 to many" playbooks from scratch
  • Track record in early-stage roles expanding from initial to multi-site deployments
  • Fluency in Arabic or Spanish
