Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute marketing and communication strategies by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Design and launch 360-degree marketing campaigns to bolster development initiatives
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through integrated campaigns and engaging content across offline and digital platforms
  • Provide detailed market forecasts and reports, utilizing collected market data for informed decision-making
  • Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with ROI and KPI goals
  • Maintain and enhance brand identity through strategic advertising and promotional activities
  • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in marketing communications and integrated marketing within a large global corporate or renowned integrated agency
  • Managerial experience required
  • Solid background in the real estate sector and experience managing creative/media agencies
  • Highly creative with a knack for identifying and targeting audiences
  • Proficient in marketing research, statistical analysis, and digital campaign strategy
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities
