Head of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Architect the marketing engine from the ground up and scale the brand to eight figures
• Build and scale acquisition funnels across paid media including Meta and Google
• Develop an SEO strategy to drive organic traffic from 5K to 50K+ monthly visitors
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for the flagship circadian health course
• Own CRO across the website to improve conversion rates
• Build CRM, email, and SMS automation to drive customer retention
• Establish marketing KPIs, reporting dashboards, and a scalable calendar
• Hire and build a marketing team as the company grows

Requirements

• 5+ years leading marketing at a DTC or consumer brand, ideally in health/wellness
• Proven track record scaling brands from low seven figures to eight figures
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, and CRO
• Hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms like Klaviyo or Attentive
• Experience launching and scaling influencer, affiliate, or referral programs
• Experience launching a digital product, course, or membership is a significant plus
