Responsibilities

  • Define Rwazi's market narrative and category positioning within AI data intelligence
  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market system from strategy through execution and metrics
  • Drive measurable pipeline contribution aligned with enterprise sales cycles
  • Build a repeatable product launch engine and oversee the Director of Product Marketing
  • Govern sales enablement, revenue alignment, and objection handling frameworks
  • Establish Rwazi as a trusted authority through structured content and thought leadership
  • Own win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insight feedback loops

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in AI, data, or technical platforms
  • Proven ownership of full marketing functions or senior marketing leadership roles
  • Deep experience in product marketing and complex go-to-market environments
  • Strong technical fluency with SaaS architectures and data systems
  • Clear revenue accountability mindset with measurable pipeline impact
  • Ability to manage and scale high-performing marketing teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies ($20M–$100M ARR range)
  • Background translating technical products into compelling buyer narratives
  • Demonstrated success building durable, scalable marketing engines over one-off campaigns
