Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-funnel demand generation through multi-channel strategies including ABM, paid media, content, and SEO.
  • Drive PLG strategy and execution, focusing on self-serve onboarding, usage-based growth, and PQL conversion.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine messaging and positioning for financial institution personas.
  • Align marketing efforts with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success to optimize the revenue funnel.
  • Monitor and optimize critical KPIs such as MQLs, PQLs, CAC, and ROI.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budgets and forecast pipeline impact for executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • Proven experience leading demand generation and Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives.
  • A revenue-owner mindset with experience carrying a quota or coming from a sales/BDR background.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Clay.
  • Ability to write code for marketing automation and tooling.
  • Experience working with GitHub.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven funnel optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing fintech or verification solutions to financial institutions.
  • Experience running ABM programs targeting enterprise lenders and credit unions.
  • Familiarity with compliance and income-verification regulations.
