Responsibilities

• Build the marketing organization from the ground up, including strategy, operating cadence, and hiring.
• Develop a marketing engine that consistently generates enterprise pipeline and supports long-term revenue growth.
• Partner closely with Sales and Growth Operations to identify leverage points and improve the growth engine.
• Turn customer success into a competitive advantage by gathering insights directly from clinical leaders.
• Shape market perception through product marketing, positioning, launches, communications, and employer branding.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team of exceptional marketers.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS, including complex products and long sales cycles.
• Proven ability to manage demand generation, product marketing, brand, and sales enablement.
• Experience recruiting and coaching high-performing teams.
• Ability to act as a player-coach, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution like writing messaging and analyzing pipeline.
• Strong customer obsession and ability to translate user insights into compelling stories.
