About the Company
Electrify is a dynamic new digital media company that invests in and scales creator-founded brands. Our mission is to turn creator-founded brands into global media businesses by building teams, scaling the production and distribution of content and introducing new revenue streams.
Responsibilities
- Design membership propositions and value propositions across the creator portfolio
- Lead end-to-end product launches from concept through execution and operation
- Develop launch plans, marketing funnels, and conversion strategies to drive subscriber growth
- Lead newsletter strategy, including positioning, voice, and acquisition/retention strategies
- Oversee segmentation, lifecycle communication, and CRM strategy
- Own the P&L performance for membership, newsletter, and audience community products
- Monitor and optimize commercial metrics including subscriber growth, churn, ARPU, LTV, and CAC
Requirements
- Deep experience building or operating membership, subscription, or community businesses
- Strong understanding of audience retention, engagement, and lifecycle strategy
- Experience scaling newsletters and owned audience channels
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platforms such as Beehiiv, ConvertKit, or Substack
- Understanding of newsletter monetization and audience acquisition economics
- Experience working with creator-led brands
