About the Company

Electrify is a dynamic new digital media company that invests in and scales creator-founded brands. Our mission is to turn creator-founded brands into global media businesses by building teams, scaling the production and distribution of content and introducing new revenue streams.

Responsibilities

  • Design membership propositions and value propositions across the creator portfolio
  • Lead end-to-end product launches from concept through execution and operation
  • Develop launch plans, marketing funnels, and conversion strategies to drive subscriber growth
  • Lead newsletter strategy, including positioning, voice, and acquisition/retention strategies
  • Oversee segmentation, lifecycle communication, and CRM strategy
  • Own the P&L performance for membership, newsletter, and audience community products
  • Monitor and optimize commercial metrics including subscriber growth, churn, ARPU, LTV, and CAC

Requirements

  • Deep experience building or operating membership, subscription, or community businesses
  • Strong understanding of audience retention, engagement, and lifecycle strategy
  • Experience scaling newsletters and owned audience channels
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to operate in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with platforms such as Beehiiv, ConvertKit, or Substack
  • Understanding of newsletter monetization and audience acquisition economics
  • Experience working with creator-led brands
