Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations for a multi-strategy digital asset hedge fund, driving institutional-grade processes, systems, and controls.
  • Own and execute the operational roadmap in partnership with the CFO/COO and senior leadership to support growth, new capital, and product expansion.
  • Oversee trading operations, fund operations, investor operations, treasury, settlements, custody, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Support integration and ongoing servicing of new structured products (including BTC-denominated instruments) ensuring settlement, custody, servicing, and reporting processes are robust and scalable.
  • Design, implement, and maintain workflow systems for high- and mid-frequency trading across venues and asset types.
  • Drive automation and technology-enabled operational efficiencies working closely with engineering and quantitative teams.
  • Maintain operational documentation, controls, procedures, and audit readiness materials.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, NAV consultants, custodians, trustees, fund administrators, auditors, and other third parties.
  • Oversee investor onboarding, subscriptions/redemptions, reporting workflows, due diligence, and allocator servicing.
  • Build and mentor a high-performance operations function, developing repeatable frameworks and scalable processes for multi-product growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience scaling operations at hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or asset managers.
  • Hands-on familiarity with digital asset custody solutions, exchanges, and prime brokers.
  • Strong technical fluency with operational systems, data workflows, and automation tools; experience partnering with engineering teams.
  • Experience with structured products, derivatives, or alternative instrument servicing.
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills; credible presenter for allocator due diligence and institutional audiences.
  • Demonstrated track record of process design, control enhancement, and operational ownership in fast-moving trading environments.
