Responsibilities

  • Own the partnerships strategy for member engagement, growth, and revenue.
  • Identify, pitch, and close premium partners including restaurants, hotels, galleries, and lifestyle brands.
  • Launch Member-only access through exclusive events, private access, and standing perks.
  • Negotiate terms for sponsorships, fees, revenue share, and barter arrangements.
  • Own sponsorship revenue targets and design co-branded event packages.
  • Integrate partnerships into Member experiences, communications, and programming.
  • Track partnership performance and Member engagement data to refine strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, sponsorships, events, or account management.
  • Proven track record of closing and managing complex partnerships in hospitality, culture, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Experience designing or executing premium events and community activations.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a function from zero.
  • Ability to work in the US.
