About the Company

Miter is on a mission to help construction contractors build with confidence by rebuilding the core HR, finance, and operations systems that underpin the physical economy. Using AI and embedded payments, Miter helps contractors control job costs and accelerate jobsite execution. Since launching in 2021, Miter has grown to thousands of customers and tens of millions in ARR.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale Miter's partnerships function from scratch, covering program design, partner acquisition, and relationship management
  • Manage partner tiers, incentive structures, onboarding flows, and enablement programming
  • Coordinate co-sell motions with Sales, integration opportunities with Product, and co-marketing with Marketing
  • Define and track core KPIs including partner-sourced pipeline, influenced ARR, and activation rates
  • Sign first partners and establish repeatable motions to make partnerships a durable revenue channel

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales
  • At least 3 years in a SaaS environment with a track record of scaling partnerships
  • Experience building operational and business processes from the ground up
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and AI
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience hiring and managing a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Experience in vertical SaaS
  • Experience in workforce or payroll software
