Abby Care is building the leading AI-native platform for family-led care. We combine clinical oversight with an AI-powered platform to train, enable, and support family caregivers in delivering high-quality care at home, helping health plans and government partners improve care transparency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with Medicaid MCOs, Medicare Advantage plans, and commercial health plan partners
• Lead contract negotiations for new market entries, rate increases, and value-based program structures
• Define and execute the company's payor roadmap, including plan prioritization and market sequencing
• Build payor infrastructure including reporting cadences, performance dashboards, and quality tracking
• Partner with clinical leadership to design and articulate outcomes-based stories for health plans
• Work with finance to model contract economics and protect margins at scale
• Represent Abby Care at health plan meetings, state conferences, and industry forums

Requirements

• Experience setting health plan strategy from the plan side or the digital health operator side
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts with Medicaid MCOs, Medicare Advantage, or commercial insurers
• Fluency in PMPM and FFS rate structures, authorization mechanics, and value-based care arrangements
• Knowledge of quality frameworks such as HEDIS, CAHPS, or state-specific KPIs
• Understanding of the regulatory and contracting environment for home-based care services
• Ability to collaborate across clinical, finance, product, and legal teams
