About the Company

Thesis is the world’s first customized nootropics company. We have raised over $14M in venture capital and established ourselves as the industry’s leading brand in brain supplements, working alongside leading neuroscientists and athletes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end paid creative strategy including ideation, briefing, production, testing, and iteration
  • Manage creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels
  • Write briefs and mine consumer insights from reviews, social comments, and competitor ads
  • Build and run structured testing frameworks for hooks, formats, offers, and angles
  • Oversee video-first production for VSLs, short-form social ads, and UGC-style content
  • Own creative expression from ad to landing page, including copy and design concepts
  • Manage a team of editors, writers, and creators, as well as freelancer relationships
  • Implement AI workflows for script generation and asset production

Requirements

  • 7+ years in performance creative, growth marketing, or paid social
  • Proven track record of building winning creative at scale
  • Hands-on experience with ad accounts and performance data
  • Deep understanding of metrics like thumbstop rate, hold rate, CTR, and CVR
  • Experience managing or leading a creative function
  • Ability to demonstrate results through a portfolio or reel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the supplement or health/wellness industry
  • Experience scaling a DTC brand from early-stage through growth
