Head of Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of marketing performance and growth targets
• Centralize and manage external agencies across performance marketing, SEO, content, PR, and brand
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Own marketing budgets, channel prioritization, and resource allocation
• Define KPIs for agencies, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions
• Design and build the internal marketing team structure and hiring roadmap
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team as a strategic partner

Requirements

• Senior marketing leader experience (Head of Marketing, Head of Growth, or CMO)
• Proven experience leading marketing functions in marketplaces or complex B2C/B2B2C products
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROMI, and channel efficiency
• Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and multiple agencies
• Broad expertise across paid acquisition, SEO, content, PR, brand, and lifecycle marketing
• Based in or ready to relocate to the UAE
