Head of Product Design

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Product Design function: hiring, mentoring, defining team culture and design operations.
• Drive design vision and strategy across mobile (iOS/Android) and web to deliver cohesive, human-centered experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Growth to define product direction and ship features from concept to launch.
• Evolve and maintain the design system to balance speed, scalability and brand consistency.
• Champion user-centered design: lead research, usability testing and design critiques.
• Uphold design quality: accessibility, interaction design and visual craft.
