Founded in 2015, PHIL is a Series D health-tech startup building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the prescription process. Their B2B2C platform provides end-to-end prescription management and delivery services, connecting patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for external integrations including EHRs, payers, and third-party providers
• Benchmark against industry best practices to build best-in-class service offerings
• Drive improvements in quality and speed through optimized processing and platform capabilities
• Develop and champion new platform capabilities for expanded therapeutic categories
• Set long-term success metrics and operational KPIs aligned with the product roadmap
• Identify and evaluate third-party systems and service providers
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams
• Lead discovery efforts and user research to identify and prioritize value-driven opportunities
• Mentor product team members and elevate overall team capability

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management
• Minimum 3 years experience converting business strategy into product requirements
• Experience in healthcare, specifically pharmacy operations, EHR systems, or payer/plan integrations
• Proven ability to drive product strategy in complex, regulated domains
• Strong fluency with data, metrics, product KPIs, and operational SLAs
• Deep understanding of technical systems and ability to collaborate with engineering
• Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite leadership
• Proven use of AI in product solutions and development efficiency
• Education in technology, healthcare, or pharmacy is required
