Founded in 2015, PHIL is a Series D health-tech startup building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline prescription management. Their B2B2C platform connects patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and manufacturers to enable affordable and timely access to medicine.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for expansions including specialty pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, and biologics
• Benchmark against industry best practices to build best-in-class service offerings
• Drive improvements in solutions through optimized processing and third-party integrations
• Develop and champion new platform capabilities for expanded therapeutic categories
• Set long-term success metrics and operational KPIs
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams
• Lead discovery efforts and user research to identify value-driven opportunities
• Mentor product team members and elevate overall team capability

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management
• 3+ years experience converting business strategy into product requirements
• Experience in healthcare (pharmacy operations, EHR systems, or payer/plan integrations)
• Proven ability to drive product strategy in complex, regulated domains
• Strong fluency with data, metrics, and product KPIs
• Deep understanding of technical systems and engineering collaboration
• Ability to influence C-suite leadership
• Proven use of AI in actual product solutions
• Education or relevant experience in healthcare/pharmacy is required
